Process

Complete the application (see policies and form below).
Submit your deposit in our online store to hold your space in the training.

Policies

Deposits - Once you've been accepted into the program, submit your deposit (50% of the training fee) to confirm and hold your space in the training.

Book Ordering & Homework - All Born to Fly aerial manuals are available for purchase either in hard copy and/or digital format through AerialDancing.com. The Aerial Teacher's Handbook is available in hard copy only via Lulu.com. Please order your books prior to your training in plenty of time to allow for shipping. You will receive reading assignments and other homework 4 weeks prior to your training's start date.

Final Payments - For LIVE teacher trainings -- Final payments are due 1 week prior to the teacher training for those paying online. Payments via check or cash can be made the first day of the training. Just let us know this is the method of payment you will use. A 2% late fee will be assessed per month for payments made after the due date. For online trainings, the final payment is due after the first live meeting and before the 2nd.

Cancellations - Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another training with a Born to Fly Core Trainer. Please check with us to re-schedule your training.

Videos - Many of the skills covered in our trainings are available on video through the video library curriculum on AerialDancing.com. Born to Fly teacher trainees are eligible for a discounted membership. Once you have completed the live training, please email info@aerialdancing.com to request the trainee discount.
