1-1 Customized Zoom Training.
​**This is a 40 Hr Certification Program**

This has quickly become my favorite way to work with a teacher-in-training!  Here's how it works:
The training includes 18 hrs of scheduled 1-1 meeting time plus 12 hrs of pre-recorded lectures which can be broken up however you wish, but the majority of participants break it up to meet for 3 hrs each week for 6 weeks.  (You could do 2 hrs/week for 9 weeks, etc).

Watch an average of 2 pre-recorded hrs each week on your own timing. 

What we do in our time together:
This works best if you are currently teaching or planning to start when you begin the training. You film your classes and share them with your mentor teacher. When we meet together, we might start by going over your class for the week, and addressing anything that it brought up.  (Some weeks this will not be a component.)

In order to earn your certificate, you must present at least 4 recorded classes during your training.  You must complete an additional 6 teaching hours to earn your certificate, as well as be CPR certified. 

We then talk about teacher training topics that most interest you, but these will typically be covered:
-- The skills for the apparatus and level you selected (example, Sling Level 1, Fabric Level 2, etc)
--- Shoulder Anatomy -- theory and how to teach it effectively in class
-- Core Anatomy -- theory and how to coach for proper form
--Classroom management, spotting, cueing and all that jazz to run the best classes ever! :)

Many other teacher training topics are possible.
The best part about this training is it is tailored EXACTLY to you!

What people like about this training is that it helps them to learn and then absorb the material, rather than having that "drinking from the fire hose" feel that often happens when you do a compact multi-day training. You also will receive unique instruction based on the observations of your classes, which helps to hone in to exactly where you need to focus your energy to become the best aerial teacher you can be.
