Rigging module trailer...this one is funny!
Brett Copes is a down to earth, awesome rigger. He is trained in Rope Access/Rescue, Fall Protection and Inspection, Rigging Math and Design, and OSHA Standards and Practices. He has worked with Cirkus Smirkus, the Aerial Acrobatic Arts Festival, Flying FX, to name a few. Brett has had stitches 12 times, broken the largest bone in the body and has a plastic bone under his eye. We are grateful to him to let us film his intro to rigging course and have key points from the course available to the teachers in our network.

Kamikaze drop warning video...this one is serious.
The first time that Rebekah Leach posted this video in 2013, it received over 6,000 views in just 72 hours. The aerial community agrees that this kind of information is badly needed. Sadly, story after story flooded in about people getting injured falling out of this drop because they weren't aware of the danger! This video highlights the fact that having half-information can be dangerous. You can do the drop correctly, but everyone who ever does any drop - no matter what the drop is - should be FULLY informed of what they are doing and how it could possibly go wrong. That is one of the goals of this website!
