Getting Around
Unfortunately, there is no public transportation around Castle Rock. We are an isolated area and the best option is to rent a car. We highly recommend teaming up with other travelers to help make it more green to do this! You can also check out Uber and Lyft for ride share services. Driving Directions
The main freeway going through Castle Rock is the 25. Castle Rock currently has 4 exits. Take the Wolfensberger exit from the 25 and drive west (which is towards the mountains). Drive for about 8 minutes and then you will find our large warehouse on the right hand side. Exact address and more details will be shared upon booking your training. Places to Stay Unfortunately, our studio is not withing walking distance of any places to stay. (Although you might get really lucky with an airbnb). There are many hotels in town and you will be happy to know that Castle Rock is the 10th safest suburb in America, according to SmartAccess (2023). Places to Eat
Food options are plentiful at the Outlets at Castle Rock shopping area off Founders Parkway. Health food stores in the area include Sprouts Farmers Market and Natural Grocers. Find a large number of chain restaurants for any taste, plus Mad Greens if you need a delicious salad on the go. Check out Vitality Bowls for the healthiest freshly-juiced smoothies and juices in town. Please bring a lunch so that we can work through lunch for the trainings. There is a small mini-fridge and a microwave at the studio. There is drinking water available, but please bring a water bottle so that you can refill it. Things to Do
We are surrounded by the most incredible outdoor recreation areas for hiking, biking, and skiing. There's also plenty of shopping available. Visit the Castle Rock Tourism Site for more. Planning for the Altitude
Castle Rock is over one mile above sea level (6224 feet, or 1900 meters). See this WebMD article for more on altitude sickness. You may wish to arrive 1-2 days before your training to adjust to the elevation. Also drink plenty of water and rest as needed. Packing lotion and chapstick may help with the dry climate as well. Weather Colorado is one of the sunniest places! Locals are happy with the fact that this state is known for an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. Check our local weather here. |
